• Communication: we will provide simple, readable, digital reports for all activities conducted on your property. We will answer the phone or return your call quickly, within minutes if it is an emergency.
• Zero Planned Extra Cost: we include copying, postage, etc. for all deliverables.
• Month to Month Contract: if we do not supply superior service, cancel your contract with a 30 day notice.
• Compliance: all our processes comply with Colorado law.
• Convenience: all our communications will be done electronically (we’ll convert your existing paper documents for you).
